Experience:  Since 1985 Sinclair Pratt Cameron, P.C. has successfully provided structural engineering services for a broad range of project type, size and complexity - ranging from buildings such as large-scale warehouse and manufacturing facilities, medical and sports facilities, multi-story office buildings, retail centers, religious and educational facilities, multi-story office buildings, parking garages, multi-family and single family residential projects - to complex stateside and overseas military facilities, as well as a gamut of intricate and highly specialized cofferdam, bulkhead and marine structures.

Constructability: The principals of SPC each have prior experience working directly with construction contractors and construction management firms, enabling SPC to provide practical, economical designs with an emphasis on real-world, straight-forward constructability.  We understand the importance of buildings and structures going together easily and efficiently, while minimizing field complications.

Quality: To ensure accuracy of structural drawings and minimize project complications, SPC employs an in-house Quality Control System which dictates a commitment to project quality and enables us to detect and correct construction document discrepancies and inaccuracies.

With regional and nationwide project experience, SPC has executed structural design services in geographies presenting challenging structural conditions, including seismic and coastal storm considerations.  Our team currently holds professional registration in fourteen states, with the qualifications and skills to pursue registration nationwide.  Our engineers are certified with the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB) and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
